Are you having trouble finding rooms that match your preferences and budget? We find the room you need, provide you with various options within your preferences, and give you a tour, either virtually or in person.

Fill out the form, and within 24 hours, we’ll get back to you. We’ll search for options that best suit your needs and send you proposals.

We will arrange one or multiple visits as per your needs, whether you are in Barcelona or not. When you choose one, you only have to pay the management fee and sign the contract.

Two days before moving in, you will receive all the instructions for the big day, and you only need to pay the monthly rent. Remember that on the same day, you will receive the keys in case electronic locks are in use.

Where can I collect my keys?
You can pick up the keys in person during office hours or from the office mailboxes in the case of a physical key. If it’s a virtual key, you can go directly to your apartment starting from 3:00 PM.
